Cat City Store Discount Policy
Discount coupons vary in terms of the discount percentage and the products they include, but they all have in common that they are:
Discount coupons do not include discounted products that have been reduced in price during your order period.
Discount coupons do not apply to products that are packaged and sold as a single product (such as food cartons, wet food, and other products).
The minimum purchase amount when a discount coupon is available is 100 riyals (before tax), except in cases where there are special offers. The discount can be applied to orders less than 100 riyals.
Frequently asked questions about discounts and coupons:
The code does not work?
Make sure the code is valid and works during the period in which you made the order. Also, make sure that the code can be used more than once, as some codes work only once per customer, such as the discount code cat.city.
Code not accepted?
Make sure that the products in your order are included in the codes and are not excluded, such as the products mentioned above.
Example of a question: The code is supposed to give a 10% discount, and the products I bought were worth 200 riyals. Why is the discount less than 20 riyals? It is supposed to give a 20 riyal discount?
Please note that the discount will only apply to products included in the discount and exclude the excluded products listed above.
We would also like to note that all discount coupons in almost all stores are based on the product value before tax and before adding shipping fees (the discount is based on the product value only before tax and shipping).
