Shipping and Delivery Policy

We at the “City of Cats” store are keen to ensure that customers receive their orders quickly, in accordance with the instructions issued by the Ministry of Commerce, which stipulate that shipping should not exceed (15) fifteen days from the date of shipping.


We would also like to note that the timeframe specified by each shipping company is an approximate period based on the information provided to us by each company. We are not bound by this period, as it is beyond our control. Once the shipment is delivered to the shipping company, it becomes their responsibility.


However, Cat City is committed to tracking your shipments with all shipping companies. We are responsible for any delivery failures caused by shipping company errors, and we bear the burden of communicating with them, following up on delayed shipments, and compensating customers for damaged shipments.


As we mentioned previously, the period specified by each shipping company is an approximate period, not a fixed period, and it is as follows:


Delivery via a representative in Jeddah and Mecca: 1 to 3 business days. (If your order is placed before 5:00 PM, it will usually arrive on the same day or the next day.)



Aramex: Within 7 working days.




Delivery via a representative will be at the specified price up to a maximum of 80 kg. As for sand and heavy items, they will be delivered to the customer’s home entrance.


We also note that shipments take from one hour to 24 hours to prepare, depending on the order's compatibility with working hours and the pressure of requests (the period may reach 48 hours during promotional times and at the end of the month), so an additional 24 hours must be taken into account to prepare the order + the approximate delivery period.


If the shipment is returned due to the customer not receiving it, he will be required to pay the shipping fees again to have it shipped to him again. If the customer wishes to cancel the order, the shipping cost + the electronic payment fees will be deducted and the remaining amount will be returned according to the exchange and return policy.


Regarding shipping services, Aramex serves almost all cities and villages, but home delivery is not available in some areas. Customers are asked to collect their shipments from the branch in their area. If your area does not support home delivery, they must collect it from the branch. (If your city supports home delivery and it hasn't been delivered, you must contact us immediately after receiving a message from the shipping company that your shipment is at the branch. We will contact them to direct them to deliver the shipment to you.)


In the event of a technical or non-technical issue with the shipping company chosen by the customer, the store will change the shipping company for the customer, prioritizing the safe and speedy arrival of the shipment.


If a returned or cancelled order has a shipping discount, the original shipping cost will be deducted, not the discounted price.



Aramex shipping price starts from 30 SAR.



Finally, we would like to point out that the weekend (Friday) is not counted as a working day for any of the shipping companies.
